From 11-13 April 2025
The Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Qatar, often known as the Qatar MotoGP, is one of the most magnificent races on the MotoGP schedule. It will be held at Losail International Circuit, which is located north of Doha, Qatar, outside the city of Lusail, on April 11–13, 2025.
Sete Gibernau emerged victorious in the inaugural Grand Prix of Qatar held at this track in 2004. In 2008, the MotoGP World Championship held its first-ever floodlit Grand Prix in Qatar. The first race on the GP calendar has been held in Qatar since 2007. However, because of circuit improvements, the race was shifted to the end of the year in 2023.
The Losail International Circuit (also known as the Lusail International Circuit) is a motor racing circuit located just outside the town of Lusail, north of Doha, Qatar. The length of the track is 5.419 kilometers (3.367 miles), and the main straight line is 1.068 kilometers (0.664 miles) long. To prevent sand from entering the track, the track is surrounded by artificial turf.
